Help File Updated: Region Page

Updated the Regions page in the help file to read:

Control of a sea region means that you have the largest naval presence in the region.

To take over a coastal sea region, you must have the greatest number of naval attack points in the region.

If no nations have any vessels with naval attack points, the program checks submarine attack points.

If no player has any combat ships or submarines in the region, the program checks the ownership of adjacent land regions.

If one player controls all adjacent land regions, they will also control the adjacent coastal sea regions.

Control of coastal sea regions are checked at the end of each turn.

Help File Updated: Resolving Combat

Updated the "Resolving Combat" page of the manual to include the following text:

Units are sorted by morale so that the units with the lowest morale are targeted last. Your local commanders may decide that some units are so shot up, they may need to send incomplete units to the front. Units that are under construction take a larger morale hit for being in combat, so they should get rotated out once the others have a chance to recover some.

Client Update: Company Finance Page

Removed erroneous profit line from nationalized companies.  Resources from nationalized companies in the game go to the owner's resource centers instead of being sold to the market.
